Information we use

We store account details, your saved projects and ideas, search requests and subscription status to provide Aisy. Product briefs are sent to the configured AI provider to generate scripts. Avoid including confidential information in a brief.

Service providers

Aisy uses hosting, AI, Stripe for billing, Google sign-in, and analytics and error-reporting services where configured. These providers process information required to deliver their services. Payment card details are handled by Stripe.

Browser storage

We use local storage for authentication and your interface preferences, and session storage to keep an unfinished brief. Analytics services may use cookies or browser identifiers to understand product usage.

Your choices

You can remove saved projects and ideas in your account. To request access, correction or deletion of your account information, contact support@aisy.me. Some billing records may need to be retained for accounting obligations.

Public video references

Our library contains public creator information and video metadata. Contact us with the relevant link if you want to request correction or removal.
